Coverage & Timing

Coverage is based on the selected collection.

A 30-minute grace period is included. Additional coverage may be added at £80 per hour, subject to availability.

Deliverables

Delivery timelines for edited films vary by collection and are outlined in full during booking.

Creative Approach

Clients are welcome to share inspiration or references they love.

All filming and editing decisions remain at the creative discretion of Sakina Moments to ensure a consistent and cohesive style.

Content Sharing & Privacy

Client privacy is always respected.

Content featuring identifiable faces will never be shared without permission. Faceless content may be used for portfolio purposes.

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the event.

Travel & Location

Sakina Moments is based in Manchester and is available for events across the UK. Travel fees are applied.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Full cancellation terms are outlined in the booking agreement.
